There are two ways to track your order. First, you should have received a confirmation email from us when your order shipped that contains a clickable tracking link to view tracking information in real time. The second method is to login to your Caress Boutique Account and follow the instructions below:

- 2. Select “View Order Status”
- 3. Select “View Order Details”
- 4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and look for “Tracking Link.”
- 5. Copy Tracking Number and paste it here for standard shipping and here for express shipping.
Standard Delivery:All domestic, non-express orders are shipped through USPS, your regular postman. Packages will most likely be left in your mailbox.
Express & International Delivery:
All express and international orders are handled by FedEx or DHL Global Mail. Free shipping is not available on any international orders. All express and international orders are subject to a $10 handling fee in addition to the cost of shipping. Tariffs, taxes, customs and all international fees according to your delivery destination are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a package is going to a business/commercial address in Canada, it is required that a person's first and last name be in the address line 1 field or it will be held for verification that the package is being sent to an individual, not a business.
Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.
Express Shipping: express orders must be submitted before 9am MST Mon-Fri to ensure same-day processing. Express orders placed over the weekend will ship Monday. Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday deliveries are not available. Closed Holidays. Delivery time is contingent on the shipping service you selected. Standard Shipping: orders placed prior to 9am MST Mon-Fri are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday. Closed Holidays. Orders typically take 3-9 business days in transit to arrive. Orders placed Sept-Dec or during storewide sales can often times experience slower processing times due to higher volumes of orders; as a result, you should safely plan at least two to four business days for processing, in addition to the standard shipping time, if you are hoping to receive your order by a certain time.
Policy: orders marked as “Picked Up” by our 3rd party shipping carrier serve as our release of liability. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages. We are also not responsible for missing orders marked by the carrier as "Delivered."
Military Addresses: Please note, if you selected our Flat Rate shipping and your address is an APO or any other military address, tracking information does not exist once it leaves the United States. These APO orders can often times take months to arrive, so please keep in mind that you are ordering at your own risk. We are not responsible for problems or fees that may arise with your country's customs.
Order Change/Cancelation: After an order is placed, several software platforms work together to fulfill an order in the quickest possible time frame. The automation and complexity of these platforms working in tandem make it too difficult to change an order once it is placed. Packages are placed in giant bins and loaded onto semi-trucks making it virtually impossible to retrieve. As a result, we are unable to cancel or make changes to an order after it has been placed. Please be sure your order and address is correct before completing checkout.
Missing Package Marked as “Delivered”:
- Check your mailbox
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- See if someone else accepted the delivery
- Wait until the end of the next day to see if it turns up
- Ask your postman where he placed it
- Consider whether or not the package may have been stolen
“Undeliverable as Addressed” Packages: orders marked by the shipping carrier as “undeliverable as addressed” and returned to us are subject to a second shipping fee.
